Sara joins us today, not as a fellow migraine warrior, but as someone who was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome when she was just 21.
In the early noughties, Sara stepped into a shop, experienced reflexology then reiki for the first time. Moving on to reading a book - all of which combined changed the trajectory of her life.
Sara shares with us the path this led her on after being told she might never recover. What combination of holistic treatments and therapies worked for her. Blending scientific and energetic research as she learned and later went on to train and study in.
Not only did Sara fully recover in her 20’s, but she has also since gone on to support and coach thousands of women.
What brings her to Your Migraine Story Matters is that her first case study was a woman living with migraine disease. Helping to support a migraine sufferer in this way led to a belief that you can take a different approach and there is something you can do about it. A repeat experience she’s held space for and witnessed many times over in the last 20+ years.
I loved meeting with Sara, her knowledge, her insight, her wisdom, her enthusiasm. The hope she gifts and the guidance she provides others when we need to hear it most.
Super succinct at just 8 minutes long, just like Sara.
What’s the one thing you need to hear most right now?
A forever reminder:

Radical Healing is the book that opened the door to Sara’s healing, taking her into a whole new world of nutrition, energetics and possibility. It’s not one I’ve heard of and I feel really drawn to it so I’ve ordered a copy! Have you heard of or read this one before?
