It feels like its been a while since I shared our 2nd episode Moving Beyond Migraine with
, author of .It’s been a busy time for recording though so thanks for bearing with me whilst I get these uploaded!
This week’s episode with Erin Paterson was an unexpected recording following our meeting on Linked In before Christmas.
Erin is the author of a book that caught my eye, Positively Rare and is how we got chatting. What turned out to be her 3rd/4th book shares the stories of people who have tested positive for Huntington’s Disease. Showing how despite this rare disease, have found purpose, strength and love in the midst of life’s most challenging moments.
It was only in meeting Erin for a virtual cuppa over Zoom earlier this month that I learned she also lives with migraine disease too. She was super happy to share her journey on how she has learnt to blend happiness and live life with joy.
Once we finished our episode, I went on to order all 4 of her books. I’ve just finished reading All Good Things where she goes into loads more detail about genetic testing, infertility and her relentless search for happiness. I could not put this one down!
I’ve got this one ready to pass on to
