The other week I went to a women in business networking event that we always open with one of my calming and soothing meditations.
The event organiser (also my life-long friend) introduced it as a breathing practice (not meditation).
I intuitively knew that was what she (and maybe others of us in attendance) needed.
So we did this one.
To which, at the end, she said “ahh that’s just what I needed”.

Each Monday and Wednesday we meet for some gentle Healing Through Writing.
This week we lit 3 candles to open our circle before the breathing meditation - 1 for liberation, 2 for freedom and 3 for awakening. Emails were typed, work was done, creative projects were continued with - I shared this post on Linked In and scheduled my next podcast (The Power of Sharing Stories will be with you Friday 18th).
For a weekly/twice weekly slot, we get A LOT done. We arrive as we are and come and go as we please. Come along and join us next time?
