My previous post shared with you a brief overview of my own journey with healing through writing.
Along with my intention and desire to take you on a journey towards living a life of full self-expression.
From Monday, we will come together in online space Healing Through Writing. In March 2025, Monday mornings will increase to Wednesday lunchtime too (becoming 3 weeks on, 1 week off).
This will be so much more than a writing space. Together we will co-create:
A circle.
A community.
A brave space.
Support. For self as well as each other.

What you can expect
9:25am a few minutes to share how we are arriving. All masks are off, we show as we are.
9:30am candles to open space and short meditation
9:35am share in voice/chat writing ideas for the session.
(No ideas? No worries. You will ALWAYS be inspired.)
9:40am 44 minutes writing
10:24am invite to share your writing experience
10:30am* blow out candles / close space
*Although we aim to close the space at 10:30am, we often close shortly after - many times around 10:45am. You are free to come and go as you please - you are especially invited to show up for the grounding meditation only on days where you don’t have capacity or availability to make the full session. There is space for you, there is space for all of you. This is about you having your needs met, feeling supported and free to arrive as you are and leave when you are ready/need to. Here, in this space we can make up our own rules and dip in and out of each session in a way that nurtures and nourishes.

The cost
An hour of your time each week. (Monday mornings will be increasing to Wednesday lunchtimes (UK) from March 12th 2025.)
Putting aside any ideas or judgements you may have around not being a writer or not feeling good enough.
£22 per month // £111 per year. (The price increases to £133 in March 2025)
The intention is to take you on a journey and so the annual membership is recommended.
That said, now that we have introduced a monthly masterclass, if you are drawn to attending only that month’s theme, you can join for the month, attend for £22 and receive 4-6 weekly Healing Through Writing sessions additionally.
If you would like to join the Healing Through Writing space but do not have the means to exchange energy for this service financially, DM me and I will gift you a years subscription. A lot can change in a year.

We are SO much more than physical beings... and when we access what is occurring or being stored on an emotional/subconscious/psychological level, often we can achieve a healing breakthrough.
Pain is often the body screaming out for us to address what lies beneath the surface. The hidden stuff.
And we all have issues deeply buried within that are longing to be seen and healed...
