In this morning’s Healing Through Writing circle, we lit 3 candles in honour of
knowing
not knowing and
trusting that the light will lead the way.
Often, I have no idea how this guidance will land but I have noticed the practice of opening the space in this way sets the scene for the meditation that always follows.
Because this week is a big week for change and transformation (hello full moon), we tuned into the niggle of change that might be surfacing from within. Perhaps we have an idea of the change we want to make or the one our body is asking of us, but perhaps there’s a reason its not yet happening.
Unearthing such insights and inner guidance is what you can expect with this 6 minute meditation. Or tune in to simply take a few moments for yourself. We don’t always need to know the answers. Often the guidance or insight arrives later.
At the end of our writing session (for those who wanted to stay) we had a lengthy chat about making changes. Specifically those related to electrolytes and using the introduction of Himalayan or Celtic salt as one example of a teeny tiny change that you could make (if it supported the direction you wanted to go in). Real life examples of how we ensure electrolytes are incorporated in our day to day and the benefits to migraine were shared, particularly when it came to recovery from attack.
It’s been requested I write a post on electrolytes so perhaps one will follow - though I am sharing a “12 Chapters” post on making changes in a few weeks so I may well include it there.
We each left this morning’s space feeling calm, refreshed, renewed and uplifted.
How did this meditation leave you feeling?
