Each week I sit in quiet contemplation to connect with the energy of those I am here to serve. This week I felt especially connected to those of you who are being pulled in different directions.
You may feel uncertain about which way to go, yet you can sense that something deeper is calling.
In this space of listening I ask:
What do you need most right now? How can I support you?
The answers are never the same. They arrive like whispers, guiding me toward the meditations I share every other week.
This week the message was clear. Help them ask the big questions.
One mantra rose to the surface:
resonance, not resistance.
From that mantra a single question emerged.

When you sit quietly with this question what begins to surface?
Try bringing it into your journal each morning this week. Notice how your answers shift, deepen, or surprise you over time.
