Free To Be Me
New monthly space
Following Autumn’s launch of The Power of 3 circles and instant request for more, I’ve created new monthly offering, Free To Be Me.
This will be similar but also different to The Power of 3 and our weekly Healing Through Writing circle. It will be every bit as transformative.
How this does differ from other offerings is that Free To Be Me will be an integration of my circle facilitation studies, yoga teacher training and bodywork massage therapy.
On the first Thursday of each month, we will bring together a combination of meditation, movement (seated or lying down), massage and breathwork all in circle style.
The benefits of which will include:
Drowning out the noise
Tuning into your own inner knowing
Allowing the body to be your guide
Meeting your body where it’s at
Listening to its unique cues and signals
Finding freedom from within
As with the Power of 3 circles, this will be a donation-based offering with tier system suggested below.
Our first Free To Be Me circle one will start on Thursday 5th December and will then follow suit on the first Thursday of every month.
