Love love love this interview. I completely relate to the pandemic and isolation. I remember saying that it didn’t feel much different from my life already, in fact, it got easier being able to work from home! I distinctly recall saying to my husband, then boyfriend, that I felt like I’d been in training for the pandemic with my health issues. 🫂💚😘

I said exactly the same thing in the pandemic!! I’d been training for it - but in respect of all the inner work I’d been doing for 2 years to that point. The practices, the healing. Because I was entirely on my own all I did was up it a notch and do even more of it.

I did also go into a massive relapse that summer though! But when I hear so much of others relapsing and not coming back out of it (or not as quick as 6 months) I appreciate the difference it could have made.

It taught us alot about what’s possible in the pandemic….creating ease. How we all rallied around as a community. It brought us back together a little for a time. At least we know what to do in humanity in the future - when we’re all ready.

I think there was so much to be gleaned from the pandemic. Slowing down helped so many things, especially the environment! I know so many people who’ve had complete life changes post pandemic. 💚

😲that’s amazing to hear! I’m so glad your happy with it watching it back - to the extent of receiving healing from it😍

I’ve been wondering how guests feel afterwards and trusting there will be healing in it for them💜
