Warrior Unleashed: A shedding of self
Profound change, energetic gifts, healing, insight and expansion.
This case study comes with a slightly different twist in that it includes a lot of direct feedback from the client herself. You will see her own insight and reflections in quote highlighted format.
To set the scene
Rio and I met on Linked In summer last year. Quite early on in our connection we had already made a date to meet in London where she lives during my visit to attend the Hay House Writers Workshop later that year!
We got deep into healing conversations, feelings and emotions talk, even a full share of an emotional and spiritual car crash experience one full moon last July.
We hit it off so much when we met face to face in October that I didn’t want to leave!
Rio has been on a hell of a journey in living with drug addiction from a young age, losing her dad to addiction, getting herself into £100,000+ worth of debt and in the end, committing herself to therapy. The therapist she worked with initially wouldn’t work with her until she had completed the 12 steps addiction and recovery process. Maintaining that the work would be too painful once sober without adequate support in place. Feeling strongly that she would continue to repeat the cycle of addictive behaviours and it thereby being unethical to take her money.
Along the way, Rio has overcome many addictions and been on a conscious journey of healing for 5.5 years. Rio is (like me) someone who is here to uplift humanity and as part of this uprising is here to facilitate healing on a global scale.
Her vision is to introduce an addiction program into the mainstream, based on the journey of overcoming addiction to the extent she has. As part of bringing her vision to life, Rio is currently studying psychology at university as a mature student. An avenue in and of itself, a possibility she never thought would open up to her given her past.
Rio was the 3rd warrior to embark on 2 month online journey, The Warrior’s Path with me. And what an uplevel that has been - not just for her but for me as well, especially in terms of my ability to hold space online.
Amber holds space in a soft, energising & loving way. I felt safe to completely open up & thoroughly enjoyed every session - and the first was an incredibly powerful emotional releasing. Which took several hours for me to process.
The first session was intense on an emotional level and, of course, with that, incredibly powerful. Not only did it take several hours for Rio to process afterwards, it took me a while to recentre and ground myself into a space where I could continue to hold space for Rio energetically and trust in the magic of the deep inner work and transformation that was unfolding.
As has become customary to me, it is a huge honour and privilege to hold space for another in such a way. It has an indescribable energetic as well as physical and mental impact.
There is a huge amount of trust and ability to open up in such a way that is required to unleash a transformation like this.
By trusting her intuition & gifts I was able to shed a version of myself. The new version of me has even more confidence in my own intuition, my natural gifts & talents & is more open hearted - I was able to receive more love as a direct result of being guided through this experience by Amber.
Second session in and the message and confirmation that Rio had already unleashed the warrior within was loud and clear.
Whilst the first session is all about connecting you to what it is that is stirring within, what it is that is calling for your attention, the second session (re)connects you to your gifts.
The gifts that came through for Rio were expansion and love with encouragement to spread her wings and get ready to fly.
It would appear that I can energetically tune into this part of the journey and connect to gifts on your behalf. This was the first client I was able to do that with and it’s happened with all future clients since.
The Warrior’s Path journey will change your life. Change your existence. But first that desire to explore more of yourself and a need to deepen your journey wherever you may be at.
We both received the same two gifts (Love and expansion) which, to Rio, was confirmation that support was there and helped her to believe more deeply in her own innate wisdom and inner knowing, as well as open up to trust.
The 3rd session is a repeat of the 2nd so that you connect with more of the gifts you were born with even though you may not have always realised they were there. The aim is to take these gifts away with you so that you can reclaim and imbed them into your life.
Trust came through loud and clear the second time round. As did the ability to drown out the noise and tune in. Along with the knowledge that whatever comes up, she has the ability to hold space for herself. With a reminder that to be able to do this, Rio has to feel safe.
We ended the final session with Rio feeling that love for herself and others had really ramped up. She feels way more grounded, tuned in. The trust and belief in herself and who she is and where she is going has increased. “It’s been so powerful, I feel so lifted” she shared.
I know interest has been building in The Warrior’s Path journey and I haven’t yet shared too much in detail about it other than in passing. Not only am I certain that organic growth and weaving promotional aspects of such a creation into content that I love to create is the most sustainable way to raise awareness, it has been a huge journey to get to grips with a creation of this magnitude in the first place.

For this to be possible, it takes a continuation of what it has always taken for me to even get this far in my own health and healing and that is baby steps.
Teeny tiny incremental baby steps. Teeny tiny changes and adaptations.
Creating space - so much space - to allow for the inevitable uplevel and change and transformation to take place and happen. Not only to manifest in physical 3D reality but to allow for the integration and recalibration too.

As will always be the case with my free offerings, there will be more than enough here for most of you so that you may never need to work with me. My content, as always, is packed full of insight, education, messages and truth in such a way that you will receive downloads and activations at any time you are ready and open to receiving them. A nudge in this direction, awareness into another. Even leading to paradigm shifts in the way that we look at, consider and approach our health.

How will I know if this is in alignment for me?
You will know if this journey is in alignment for you, your needs and what you desire at this time because you will feel a full body yes. It will light you up in some way. You will feel drawn to it perhaps in a way that you cannot describe. Maybe its a ‘knowing’ that this is for you. If it is not a fully body yes, if it doesn’t light you up and/or you do not feel drawn to it in anyway, or you feel like you should probably do it, it is a no.
