The Temple of the Pelvis
A breathwork and embodiment journey to reclaim your power at the root.
Last month I recorded a workshop of a talk I once delivered that left women thanking me profusely at the end. Telling me how timely it was and how much of a difference they felt it would make in their lives. I’m getting good at the content but I’m not great with titles so I look to others and AI for inspiration. My healing coach came with up this one:
How Monthly Reviews in Your Life & Business Will Take You to the Next Level
Around a year ago I learnt some breathwork that was new to me, specifically beathing into and connecting to the pelvic area. Immediately, I felt strongly compelled to teach this practice to others - especially women.
Pelvic health has been a theme I have been working with ever since. Coming to understand that the pelvis is the seat of feminine creative power. Over the centuries, it has also come to be a source of postural imbalance, dysfunction, tension and chronic pain.
As well as physical and structural factors, there are emotional and psychological layers in respect of stored trauma, chronic stress, shame and/or disconnection.
Not to mention gynaecological and hormonal influences such as (but not limited to) endometriosis, fibroids, our menstrual cycle and/or perimenopause and menopause.
From an energetic and spiritual aspect, the pelvis correlates with the sacral chakra. An energy that relates to sexuality, creativity, boundaries and emotional flow. Imbalance in the sacral chakra can contribute to pain or tension. As can digestive and bladder issues, including IBS, interstitial cystitis and constipation or bloating.
Can you relate to some or all of this?
Additionally, I have come to connect with emotional imprints held in the uterus and pelvic bowl through the bodywork channelling treatments some of my clients have experienced in recent years. Pregnancy, miscarriage, abortion and/or ancestral lineage can remain present in this region of the female body long after the experience has occurred. Often wanting to be witnessed, processed in a safe space and healed.
Perhaps like me, you have learned that exercise in the traditional sense is not what this part of your body needs. Perhaps you feel this part of you is always switched on and sense a need to learn how to turn this off. I’m guessing if you are here you have pretty much tried everything and remain open to an alternative.
It is for all the reasons mentioned above that I have created the first workshop I am promoting
The Temple of the Pelvis
A breathwork and embodiment journey to reclaim your power at the root.
A journey in which we will explore our pelvic region through meditation, breathwork and self-massage. All in a fully held, sacred and brave space.
With it being tonight, there is little notice and it won’t follow the donation based offerings I am still intending to fully launch. This one will be behind my paywall and I ask you to bear with me whilst I bring all my offerings together and make sense of what’s coming myself.

Uninterrupted space for 90 minutes.
Blankets, pillows, cushions for your comfort.
Seated and lying space.
Loose fitting clothes.
Massage/coconut oil.
Optional bring something orange in colour.
Why would I come?
This workshop is for those of us who are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. There is a niggle, a knowing, a feeling that you have that there must be another way. Maybe you even voiced this to a doctor like I once did and were told there was only one way. But still you knew, still had this nagging feeling. You might not be able to put your finger on it, you may not be able to fully articulate what and why, but you feel drawn in some way. A sense that there is space for you here; to become curious, to enquire, to look beyond.
How will I know if it is for me?
I always say when it comes to working with me, you will feel a full body yes. If it’s not a yes, it’s a no. I’m sharing this with you anyway, because even if this doesn’t light up any kind of knowing and you still feel in the dark, there might just be one thing you take away from what I’ve shared.
You will receive the zoom link when you upgrade for one month (which will cover the cost of this workshop, making the recorded option available and enable you to join us for 3-6 Healing Through Writing circles over the next few weeks). You also have the option to join us for the year if you’ve been tempted recently.
Dead looking forward to this 🩷 See you later.
