Amber I LOVE this! I’ve been feeling so out of whack with myself and everything around me lately. Super stressed and overwhelmed and I couldn’t put my finger on exactly why that’s how I was feeling rather than happy and excited about all of the positive things going on in my life right now. as I listened to this it dawned on me I can’t even remember the last time I checked in with myself like this, I have been running on full throttle for months and have never once stopped to give myself a minute to breathe and process. I’ll definitely be using these Monday (or Tuesday) meditations to correct that and hopefully flip my mindset or at least get some clarity. Thank you for making these xxx
Having done this meditation Amber, I can say that it transformed my day. After feeling a bit off for a few days and keeping getting dizzy, I just couldn't work out what was going on. After the meditation and setting the intention that I wanted to feel comfortable in my body, I was guided to rebalance my nervous system, which has helped enormously. I've also received some insights about why I've been feeling so wobbly. This meditation really does pack a punch and I'm going to keep using it. Thank you so much lovely. xx

But also incredible feedback and insight from your body🤩 I’ve known for a long while that there is something powerful about these 5-7 minutes in our Healing Through Writing circle. I don’t experience the same impact in any other setting I deliver meditation, it’s something else⭕️💫
Definitely keep going with them. I also think there's something about when we're all busy, we might look at things that are longer and just switch off because we feel like we haven't got time. 5-7 minutes is a perfect amount that means there really is no excuse not to. xx
