So lovely to have you in the Heart leap Community. I love your questions.
I love this one the most...In what ways can you ease the pressure on yourself, slow down a little and celebrate your successes this month? What would you choose to celebrate?
2. I was actually looking back at 2023 for me and seeing what wonderful things I’ve done, I may even make a little video of the different bits. This year was summed up by the word travel! I think we travelled to 8/9 countries!!!
3. Oooo good question. I’m going to ponder this one.
4. My success this month has been surviving my worst nightmare news, allowing my emotions and giving my body what it’s demanding. Taking the time I need. And communicating how awful such news is for me!
5. I think we create our own luck, it’s a matter of perspective!
6. What impact does worry have on my life - it is debilitating and stops me sleeping 🙈 and the majority of our worries never come true!
7. Dancing also gives me such a fabulous feeling. But for me travelling, especially long distance or for a long time gives me the most fabulous sense of freedom 💚
Amazing reflections, thanks for sharing. I love that travel sums up your year. Heart leap moments are the things that lit you up the most, heartfelt moments, anything that made your heart leap or skip a beat xxx
I love them 😍 Thank you for sharing it feels so wonderfully special.
Reading yours made me think of one beautiful moment after we got told we had two embryos, Miguel was so happy he did a happy dance and made us a fry up to celebrate. Although looking back there’s a sadness to it, the happiness of that moment will never be able to be taken away.
The support Miguel has given me to reduce my hours and then not work 💗 It is a relaxing into the love.
The moment my sister announced her pregnancy, Miguel slipped his hand round my shoulder and my friend squeezed my hand. It was a real beautiful moment of being seen and supported. I felt so loved 🥰
I’ll have to ponder if I have anymore, such a beautiful question. You’re great at the good deep questions! Xx
Ahh wonderful, they’re such beautiful heart leap moments, I have tears in my eyes 🥲 thanks for the feedback on these questions. I know they’re not going to be for the faint hearted and it’s a vulnerable share to meet me in the comments (hence why i challenged myself with the ones I shared with you). I wholeheartedly believe we will build the most precious community here at Warrior Within and I can’t wait for us to become Warriors Writing together in a few months🙏🩵 though I make up nearly all of the questions each week, there are occasionally one or two that I pick up elsewhere. 3 heart leap moments has been one of them this time round so I can’t take credit for that one - and it was a big challenge for me to voice my first one in the group I was in when we were sharing the other week. I do believe these questions (and the level up of sharing space together in a group once a week) has the power to change your life✨💫
I followed suit with your bravery! But you do have a wonderful ability to create a safe nonjudgmental space, and I believe you are building a precious community here. I’m looking forward to the writing group too! I agree, it can change so much, but especially perspective. 💗
Me too🤩 hope you’ve had a restful weekend and found a way replenish. We’re going to need to be well rested, energised and ready for action in the new year ahead, I can feel a lift off coming 😍✨
I'd love to say yes Amber, but I've still got some rocket fuel left! I'm trying to slow down, but things still keep coming in to do. I will definitely be ready to go. xx
Slowing down was the one thing I found the most difficult. The first time I announced this in a post the other year, I felt physically sick admitting it !

Ooo I’ll have to think about heart leap moments ☺️ I haven’t thought about it before! Have you got one you’d feel comfortable sharing? 🩵
Oh it feels vulnerable to share but I might as well !
1. Feeling the love real has for me in an energetic sense when giving him his first treatment.
2. Trusting in the love and support of our relationship.
3. The connection and support I experience, feel and receive in my new writing classes each week.
I love them 😍 Thank you for sharing it feels so wonderfully special.

We so used to going at a hundred miles an hour, I just need to keep the balance and come back and get some Substack sanity!
