Case study of year long Bodywork client and insight into her chronic healing journey. Where she's been, where she is now and what it's taken to unleash this potential.
Nearly a year on from this clients journey and she is consistently walking 2,000 steps a day (aided). Her skin is glowing as well as her eyes bright - not just on her face but glowing throughout her whole body. The inflammation Lorraine has reduced is significant and continuing to reduce slowly and steadily - most importantly, sustainably. She still feels no pain in her shoulders, enjoys increased levels of mobility to before and the pain on her legs is reducing.
Thank you for sharing this case study, I found Lorraine’s journey to be inspiring and uplifting as well as being testament to the work that you are doing! So wonderful! I look forward to reading more case studies and seeing the results of your collaborative efforts with your clients 💖💖💖
Ahh thank you so much🙏☺️ Katie, I had so much fear sharing case studies !! I’ve had this idea several months, got one typed up immediately for a client who was excited to read my reflections of her journey and fear had prevented me from sharing! Now I’ve received it and this client is super happy with what and how I wrote about her journey, I’m wondering what I was fearing!?! Planning to make warrior unleashed a monthly feature ✨💚
“choose the path of least resistance”. - love that!
My question would be, what was her key to consistency? How did she keep getting up and pushing forward as I’m sure it was difficult, some days more than others. 💗
Thank you for sharing this case study which offers huge hope and possibility. A welcome reminder to me to keep going with the small steps, they are making a difference. What incredible work you do!💗
That’s really great to know this offers huge hope and possibility - I had so much fear around sharing someone else’s story it was an interesting experience, took me months to share it
(I still haven’t finished the mum of 4 me o mentioned to you because fear gets me every time with these)
I wonder why so much fear on sharing someone else’s story?
