Great list 😃 I've also just finished your book (which is fab btw I literally binged it in one sitting as I couldn't put it down) and I'm starting to work my way through the journal section at the end. It's filled with great reflective questions that are perfect for this time of year; looking back at the past year and also looking ahead. I usually blumin loathe new years but it's actually getting me quite excited about the year ahead 🥰 x
Ah brill, thanks! It’s all new to me so I don’t quite know how it all works still. I don’t get notified of anything, I have to go looking which I already thought was odd.
It’s been a magnificent year. But I remembered this morning that I started my reflections of a year gone by from the worst place possible. Back when I wouldn’t have felt like there was anything to celebrate. Only looking through a selection of photos taken in the 12 months prior told me a very different story.
Let me know if you do! Feel free to share it as a post on here, inspire others to do it too 😍
It’s been a great year. Though I’m ending it being caught up in the energy of overdoing it - in the form of screen time and food. Gifting me an extra migraine attack 🙃 not something I’ve done with food for a very long time.
Thank you for sharing this beautiful list - it's full of treasure. I've read a lot about friendship, this year especially, but never heard anyone say it's possible to make friends in a car park! <3 I try to remember to write 3 things I'm proud of myself for, at the end of each day - which I suppose is a kind of 'ta da list'! It helps me focus on the effort over the outcome or external validation, which feels so necessary, especially at the beginning of something, when not many people are paying attention! :)
I love that practice! It’s a forever practice for me atm to learn to let go of the outcome and tap into the process instead, try and enjoy it and celebrate the wins that are to be had in there.
A ta da list, I love it. Yours is lovely. Feeling inspired!
Feel free to tag me if you share it💛

Awww that is amazing feedback thank you so so much !!!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩
You are the first person I know who read it one sitting and also the first person to get to the Journalling prompts (so far as I know)!
I’ve been most keen to see how these have landed with readers😍
It would wonderful if you could copy all you’ve shared here on to an Amazon review🙏🙏

Done! 🥰
It’s not come through yet but I have no idea how long they take, I thought it would be instant or at latest overnight 🙃
Ah it did say in my little blurb after I done it, that it would take a couple days to process 😌

What a full and varied list - lots of successes to celebrate!
