"I didn’t think I’d ruined it all and I’ve noticed it be very common for us to think that one weekend gone skewwhiff or a holiday of overindulgence ruins everything. A change in perspective can make a massive difference." I think this is a really good point. One lapse needn't be the end of everything.

Thank you very much. I’ve tried to cover this series from all angles. Really enjoyed writing it in the end. Going to take a break from it for now but I already have another 4 parts to follow up with.

It’d be good to read about what you call sugar or gluten, because I think this is also key! Because of course there’s sugar in fruit, but with all that fibre and goodness it’s a good type of fruit. But even then, I know you’ve changed what fruit you eat! Although, I’m still in catch up on Substack, so maybe you have. I had 111 Substacks in my inbox yesterday 🙈😆 and I want to read them! Xx

This is a great one! Though I’ve touched on it, there is more to say. So now I have not just one more in the series, with all the extras - including this one - there’s now another 5!

I feel like this could be a book all of its own.

I really feel like it could be!!!!! And it’d be useful across so many chronic illnesses as inflammation plays an important role in many diseases, or dis-eases as you say. Or even in old age.

I remember you’ve touched on it but I’m looking forward to even more nitty gritty as I know living in Australia sugar was the enemy and it became a diet without the title diet. The word sugar was so widely used and I think making it so difficult to go sugar free, but being sugar wise was much more useful.
