The struggle is real Amber or as one of my friends put it this week, the juggle! I love that you’ve spoke about this, shared your own experience and been able to take action to ease what’s going on and give yourself some space. It’s very comforting and encouraging to know that I’m not the only one that this happens too and I see that it’s resonated with many others too. Sometimes you just need the light that someone else can throw on it to give you somewhere to go. xx
Trying to do this while currently in my own eye of a struggle. Just like in the eye of a storm, the struggle is loud too and can be hard to hear the subtle signs. Thanks for these words and the reminder to lean in to hear properly 💚
I missed the last two recordings, my body wasn't up to it, so I get it. You have to do what's right for you, where you are right now, and not try to over stretch. Take care of yourself 🧡
Reading these chapters aloud is a new offering and must take profound emotional energy, along with the deadline! It makes sense that things need to shift to accommodate. I got so excited about the idea I shared with you after your live, and then realized I really needed to take care of things around the house first. Sometimes I think I’m “slipping” and then I realize my body is simply asking for reciprocity 🤍
Ah yes that’s exactly what I meant, the vulnerability of it! I’ve yet to do a live 🫣 I’m so glad that showing up as you are helps with that, and proves to be cathartic and reenergizing. Taking notes ✍️💕
I really appreciate your words of support and encouragement 🙏✨
It’s a great feeling to make changes without feeling guilt or like I’m doing something wrong or letting anyone down.
Alongside the role our beliefs play, I’ve also had a deep interest in the emotional aspects of our health.
Feeling guilty and not good enough, shameful, fearful etc were massive for me.
The more I’ve been able to attune to my emotional health, alongside other aspects of health, the more cycles of addiction, behaviour and illness I’ve been able to break 🙏💡

So glad this spoke so deeply to you too☺️
I wrote it just as I was about to start boot camp yesterday!
Now it’s going between the two new chapters in my book I only finished this week 🤩
Glad it’s shining a light on where to go.
It’s never easy to riggle through the struggle. But at least there’s a way 🪱
Now I see myself as a wiggly worm wriggling out of the discomfort through the tiniest of gaps. Cool!
LOVE it !!
Come on everybody…lets wriggle ✨🪱💃🪱💃🪱✨
I’m making space for myself.
For the niggles.
The needs.
The whispers.

So glad this spoke so deeply to you.
This one seems to be landing ☺️
Drowning out the noise has been one of my guiding companions in the past 8 years. Alongside sitting with the discomfort.
It doesn’t make any of it any easier, but it does make it possible.
So glad you are here, doing this work with us 💜
I’m an absorber, so drowning out the noise is hard! Learning though, one step at a time. How I wish discomfort was more comfortable 😉
Oh I’m def not here to suggest it’s easy or straight forward😆 Only that it’s possible.
The noise in my own head was so loud at one point. My body screaming. Not to mention externally.
Absolutely to the one step at a time. I haven’t known any other way.
My motto to myself was “get comfortable with being uncomfortable”. Understanding that’s where the growth happens.
I’ve had a lot of dark periods to go with the discomfort. Extreme pain to go with it (for decades).
Now I no longer experience the darkness. Or the pain to high intensity.
But the discomfort, it does remain. And we are friends. (Mostly 😉)
This is true - I mean, if it was easy and straightforward we all would be doing it successfully right away haha!
This poem is hitting at just the right moment for me. Thank you for your brilliance ❤️🩹
Ohhh I’m so thrilled to hear that 🥰
Tuesdays live reading on the power of beliefs is the one that includes your mini moment Amy.
Eeeek can’t wait to share it 😍

This weeks was super emotional Lisa. I was in tears and I rarely cry alone never mind live on camera!
There’s no rush to join every one. I’ll be reading all of pathway one and it’s so big, it’ll keep us going for months 😆
How are you feeling this side of the week?
I saw that it was an emotional one, bless you, it's good to cry.
I'll definitely join in with others! I'm exhausted today but I'm upright at least!! 🧡

Do you know what? The invitation to show up as I am, exactly in the moment, is in itself a game changer for how much emotional energy it takes,
I don’t have to suppress how I’m feeling (massive for me).
I don’t have to do my hair or get the setting or how I look right.
And I’m not gonna lie, I usually rock up thinking “I don’t wanna do this. I can’t be arsed. Or I haven’t got the energy.”
But it’s not true, it’s the vulnerability kicking in. Knowing that I’ll be seen and live on video.
So honouring how I feel and knowing I can give myself permission to show up like that really helps 💜
I AlWAYS leave feeling energised and renewed 😍

Just take time for you and do what you need to do. We're all here for when you're able to share and post.
Deadlines will always be super sneaky and creep up or seemingly pop out of nowhere, so sending lots of gentle hugs and positivity to you.
You've got this.
I really appreciate your words of support and encouragement 🙏✨
