I’m still beaming from it. Such in depth insight into the longer term aspects of a deeply misunderstood and underrepresented journey.

You’ve got me thinking about the different transitions and transformations we go through on this journey and how adjusting to periods of improvement (as well as periods of relapse/decline) aren’t talked about or explored.

So much food for thought in our conversation 🙏🌷🩵

Thank you for sharing your story! Migraines can feel unbearable—like life itself has pressed too hard on your temples. But they’re not punishments or random failures of the body. They’re messages. Invitations. Your body is speaking in the only language it can.

At the metaphysical root, migraines often arise when the mind is overloaded with unprocessed thought-forms and the nervous system cannot regulate the excess energy. They reflect a conflict between inner vision (intuition, higher knowing) and external pressure (expectations, overstimulation, unspoken truths). The “throbbing” is the body’s way of amplifying the message: too much force is being held in the head, and not enough flow is moving through the heart and body.

On a deeper level, migraines can point to suppressed anger, perfectionism, or the weight of responsibility carried without release. They are the body’s demand for stillness, silence, and integration—an enforced pause so the system can recalibrate.

In essence, migraines are the body saying: slow down, clear the noise, and align thought with truth.

Your pain does not mean you are broken. It is your body’s way of asking for gentleness, rest, and deeper listening. You are not alone in this. Your body is on your side, always seeking balance, always trying to guide you back to wholeness. May you meet yourself in tenderness, and may even the pain become a doorway into greater compassion for yourself.

Having gone the very long way about it, I totally resonate with all you identify here.

The anger I didn’t even know was there, the perfectionism and pressure to perform, carrying the weight of responsibility that was way out of balance - along with all the systems in my body being out of balance.

I did notice early last year, that the more true I was to myself, the higher my energy levels and the more my health improved📈

I now see that the purpose in healing isn’t to fix or cure ourselves, but is to heal ourselves whole. To resolve the inner conflict between the feminine and masculine energies we each have within us. To bring coherence to heart, mind and body.

I’ve learnt to befriend my body - all parts of me. To see the pain and the symptoms as a signal, as a messenger.

The question is, how do we communicate this to others in a way that it can be understood and received?

Not just in words or shared story but in a way that empowers migraine patients to take care of their needs and inspires aligned action?

That’s exactly the heart of my work as a Medical Intuitive—helping people see and feel their own power to heal and consciously create the life they long for. Writing and sharing my personal journey is one way I reach others, because lived experience speaks in a language the body already understands.

You’re so right—the purpose of healing isn’t to “fix” what’s broken, but to return to wholeness. Everything shifts when we stop rejecting parts of ourselves and begin embracing them with compassion. Symptoms, pain, even exhaustion, these are not enemies but messengers, calling us back into coherence.

And as you said so beautifully, the real invitation is learning how to communicate this truth in ways that empower others. For me, that begins with living from alignment, speaking to the body with love, and offering practices that help people get quiet enough to hear what their what their inner wisdom has been saying all along.

When people realize their body is not betraying them but guiding them, something clicks. And from that place of listening, true healing begins.

Yes, that’s the only way I’ve found too and also exactly my approach with others - following suit of what I learnt to do myself.

With thanks to the great teachers like the late Louise hay and Wayne dyer. Those still alive, like Gabby Bernstein and dr Claudia welch.

Such big painful lessons to learn! (Like acceptance, patience, compassion and love for self) But I have come to learn - that for me, in any case - there was no other way.

Paving new pathways, i guess that’s our game? and also aligns with my global vision, to create new ones and empower others to do the same 😍
