A Sacred Space for Writers
To be held, supported and united in our journey. We are not alone.
Part of my purpose is to:
connect you to your voice
help you reclaim your power from the root and
take you on a journey towards living a life of full self-expression.
Every Monday, we come together in online space Healing Through Writing. Our weekly Mondays have since increased to Wednesday lunchtime too (becoming a space to meet 3 weeks on with 1 week off every month).
This will be so much more than a writing space. Together we will co-create:
A circle.
A sanctuary.
A community.
A brave space.
Support. For self as well as each other.

What you can expect
9:25am / 12:55pm a few minutes to share how we are arriving. All masks are off, we show up as we are.
9:30am / 1:00pm candles to open the space with grounding meditation
9:40am / 1:10pm share in voice/chat writing ideas for the session.
(No ideas? No worries. You will ALWAYS be inspired.)
9:50am / 1:20pm 44 minutes writing
10:34am / 2:04pm invite to share your writing experience
10:40am / 2:10pm blow out candles / close space
You are free to arrive and leave as you please - the invitation is to show up as you are. You are especially invited to show up for the grounding meditation only on days where you don’t have capacity or availability to make the full session. Utilise this space to support your needs. Dip in and out of each session as is of benefit to you.
Please know that there is space for you, there is space for all of you. This writing circle is all about you having your needs met, feeling supported, being held with the freedom to arrive as you are and leave when you feel ready/need to.
Here, in this space we can make up our own rules, set our own boundaries and dip in and out of each session in a way that nurtures and nourishes.

How does a space of this nature sound and feel to you?

Pad & pen to write or technology device to type
Zoom (you can download the app for free if you don’t have it already)
Clear space for 1-1.5 hour
Water/yogi tea
Optional - 3 candles to light
The cost
An hour of your time each session.
Putting aside any ideas or judgements you may have around not being a writer or not feeling good enough.
Join us for the first session or 2 for free, get a feel for the space in the first instance and then decide if it’s just what you’ve been searching for.
£26 per month // £156 per year.
The intention is to take you on a journey and so the annual membership is recommended.
That said, now that we have introduced a monthly masterclass, if you are drawn to attending only that month’s theme, you can join for the month, attend for £26 and receive 4-6 weekly Healing Through Writing sessions additionally.
If you would like to join the Healing Through Writing space but do not have the means to exchange energy for this service financially, DM me and I will gift you a years subscription. A lot can change in a year.
